He is the Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Money Corporation MTN Cameroon. For over 7 years he has also doubled as General Manager Mobile Financial Services MTN Cameroon. His commitment and drive makes him different from the rest. He is an experienced General Manager with demonstrated history in the Telecommunications Industry, capable of bringing about the desired transformation in Technology, Business and People area.
Passionate about digital and Mobile Financial Services, he’s abreast with multicultural environment Management in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Highly skilled in driving growth and business strategy in a customer Focused organisation, he’s major on tackling leadership concerns. He’s one with a broad vision of business and the courage to dare. His selfless and Open-mindedness makes him loved and inspiring to many looking up to him.
He has efficiently and diligently served at MTN for over 20years now. His journey to the top dates as far back as in 2001, when he first served as VAS Engineer for MTN Cameroon. From 2003 to 2005, he worked as Systems Planning Expert. From 2005 to 2007, he was promoted to Senior Manager VAS and Charging solutions. From 2007 to 2010, he worked as Senior Manager IS Solutions Delivery. From 2010 to 2015, he worked as General Manager ITS Enterprise Services at MTN Irancell. It was in 2015 that he assumed the position of General Manager Mobile Financial Services at MTN Cameroon.
He started his career in the year 1998 as an Intern – Transmission Division for Mobistar in Belgium. From 1999 to 2000, he worked as Design Engineer for Alcatel Communications. From 2000 to 2001, he worked as Project Engineer Design and Modelling, for Belgacom Mobile now Proximus.
NONO CLAUDE is a Masters degree holder in Electrical Engineering from Faculte Polytechnique de Mons.
