In 2003, Charity Naa Amina Sackitey commenced her career at Barry Callebaut Ghana as a Quality Manager. Her relentless pursuit of excellence and her deep understanding of the cocoa value chain soon propelled her into higher roles within the organization.
Her strong leadership skills and exemplary performance led her to be appointed as the Plant Manager in 2010. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and ensuring the highest quality standards, contributing significantly to the success of Barry Callebaut Ghana.
