Ace Procurement Manager, Nchue Nghochuzeh Cletus is New Country Head for ofi Cameroon.

ofi (olam food ingredients) Cameroon has a new Country Head. Mr. Nchue Ngochuzeh Cletus, assumed duty in August 2025 after his appointment by ofi’s leadership team, based inLondon. He succeeds Mr. Manna Joseph, who has taken up another role within the company group in Côte d’Ivoire. 

Cletus, 49, who hails from Cameroon’s Northwest Region, has a strong mastery of the Cameroon cocoa industry bringing more than 25 years of experience in procurement and operations management. Mr. Nchue, who served the company with distinction over the years, rose through the ranks to become Country Procurement Head at ofi Cameroon, where he served until his appointment as Country Head, overseeing all of ofi’s cocoa operations from sourcing to cleaning and exporting.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography/Economics from the University of Buea and a MSc   Degree in Operations Management from the University of Salford, UK. His strong passion for effective leadership also led him to complete executive leadership programs at world-class universities including MIT, Yale University, and Dartmouth College.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is a well-known community builder, actively volunteering in initiatives that promote youth development, rural advancement, and community empowerment.
