Paul Fomenky, PhD is an expert in leading data-driven strategies for some of the world’s largest real estate companies. He is a leader whose efficiency and devotion has brought before him top managerial positions, a proof of trust conferred on a man who is dependable. He is the Managing Director Data for BBG inc. He has equally worked for Top international Real estate companies like CBRE – Dallas, JLL – Chicago.

With regards to data and Software Engineering demands, he’s a hands-on problem solver. With a PhD is Computer Science and proof of his work expertise, he is a Computer Wizard who has consciously established a standing career in the diaspora, making it a home away from home.

Before coming on board the BBG team, he was Global Head of Data Science – Valuations at JLL Boston. He was in charge of data strategy and transformation where he led a global team that developed an artificial intelligence data platform.
