Appointed by the Board of Directors of All On, an independent impact investing company, as New CEO is Caroline Eboumbou. She is a determined pan-Africanist who is passionate about private sector and economic development, with utmost dedication to the course. She is a skilled and competent development Finance and Project management Professional experienced in originating, structuring, and executing infrastructure projects and public-private Partnerships (PPP). With over 12 years of Expertise in the field, she has maintained a good record with visible results recognised internationally.
After acquiring a Masters in International Political Economy from Sciences Po in the year 2008, she bagged another in International Financial Policy in the year 2019 from Columbia SIPA. She certainly was setting a lasting foundation for her career.
In 2008, she received an offer as a Research Assistant for the Finance Minister – Adviser in Paris. From 2009 to 2014, she served as Senior Investment Officer for African Development Bank. From 2015 to 2017, She served as Director for JCM Capital.
