In 2020, he worked for an NGO, Global Citizen as Global Policy and Government Affairs Director – Africa. Prior to that he served for 14 years at JCI (Junior Chamber International where he moved from the post of International Graduate Trainer, to Growth and Development Director for Africa and the Middle East, to Engagement director for Africa and the Middle East.
Throughout 2010 to 2015, he efficiently served at Cameroon Airlines Corporation(Camair-Co). He started off as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist to Learning and Development Specialist and eventually Head of HR Development.
Starting off in 2006 as Service Head: Gender and good governance service at Light Africa International, and as HR Advisor for Altpere Consulting in 2010, has guided his professional steps leading him to the top.
It was in 2005 that he obtained a B.sc Hons in Political Sciences and Public Administration from the University of Buea. In 2006, he acquired a Post Graduate Diploma in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Yaoundé II.
