He is the Founder and Product owner of BONGALO, an African Airbnb, booking platform for affordable and comfortable accommodation across African Cities with mobile wallet payments. As at now Bongalo is already operational in Rwanda and Cameroon, with fast reaching effects.

Drawing inspiration from the lapses in the travel and hospitality industry whilst in Kigali Rwanda, he was fully convinced he had a duty to fulfill. His mighty deeds has caught the attention of top media organs like BBC and CNN . He is a results driven Entrepreneur and Marketer with vast experience and a Proven track record in Strategy, Marketing, product design and Leadership at Fast growing Startups and established Corporations. In the year 2021, Bongalo was selected for the first-ever Google for Startups Black Founders Fund Africa! Where in he received $320.000 in awards including 6 months of tailored hands-on support from Google for Startups. In 2017, Nghombombong Epaphrate Minuifuong, received the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneur Awards after successfully completing a 12 weeks flagship program. In 2016, he was a Finalist in Masschallenge Isreal and the Masschallenge Global Ambassador.

He’s described by his Mentors and team mates as a Hardworking, resilient and a collaborative man who is always putting much efforts to achieve his goals on time. From 2019 to 2022 he freelanced as Software Tester for Tester, London. He has also worked for Glomo Money first as Product Manager and later on Digital Marketing Manager. From 2016 to 2019 he Co-founded eFarm.cm, raising a seed capital of $20,000. He was equally the head of Operations. Still in 2019 he served as Marketing Intern for Enko Education. He has also worked as Marketing Executive for Publi Graphics concept, Sales Manager for SYCRAF sarl and Chief Marketing Officer.

He holds a B.A(Hons) in International Business and Trade from the African Leadership University. He has a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Flexcom Institute.
