At the head of affairs at NACHTIGAL HYDRO POWER COMPANY, is the Hardworking Vincent LEROUX with an experiential knowledge in hydroelectricity. He has contributed enormously in diverse sectors like Agro-industrial, production and distribution of water plants across Africa and Europe as well as a mastery in oil service and process industry. Being entrusted with this role of leadership is a proof of his might and professionalism. He’s one with eyes on the work, very intentional and highly decisive. He has served in countries like Algeria, Senegal, Congo and France. He has been actively involved in the management of the water industry in France and abroad.
In the year 2005, he worked as Chief Operating Officer for SAUR until 2011. From 2010 to 2014, he was made General Manager Myah Tipaza – Algeria, a professional services and project management company. From 2014 to 2017, he served as deputy General manager for SARIS Congo, a food and beverage manufacturing company.
From 2017 to 2019, he was the General Manager of Compagnie Sucrière Sénégalaise(CSS) Richard Toll. From 2019 to 2021, he served as deputy General manager of AQUATECH Sénégal in Dakar upon his appointment at NACHTIGAL HYDRO POWER COMPANY. From 1982 to 1985, he studied Engineering at Centrale Supélec.
